States at Sea over Coastal Levels

The various States of  Australia are having problems with estimated levels of mythical AGW-generated sea level rise to be used in development applications with Victoria and Queensland plumping for 80 cm , and South Australia going for 1 metre. In other parts of Wonderland The Mad Hatter and the Queen of Hearts have not made their estimates yet . The Junior Minister for Climate  Change Greg Combet is so concerned with the problem that he has bought a sea-side home to observe it close-up.  I guess he has a Canute chair to sit on as Plan B when shutting down the Australian economy does not work.
